MAXX Race Cards Began Producing Racing Cards From Myrtle Beach, SC IN 1989. PRESSPASS was founded in 1992 in Huntersville, NC. Upper Deck Began Production Of Racing Cards In 1995. In December 1996, Upper Deck Acquired MAXX Race Cards And The Brand Was Later Discontinued In 2000. PRESSPASS closed operation in 2015.
